Drama series about the inner workings of the Oval Office of the White House. Tensions run high as President Bartlet delivers the State of the Union address. Josh works in the polling centre with Joey Lucas, while CJ must cope with a live television broadcast from the White House. Leo and the President are faced with the problem of five Drug Enforcement Agency officials who are taken hostage by Columbian terrorists
