Marissa's parents continue to cause her anguish when she sees Jimmy and Julie kissing aboard his boat. Later, he announces he's moving to Maui, but not before a big leaving party at the Cohen's. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to reconcile his feelings for Lindsay in the wake of the news that she may be joining the Cohen family. And Seth tries to impress Alex by acting like a 'bad boy'. Rock group Modest Mouse performs Paper Thin Walls at the Bait Shop.
