Julie manages to persuade Sandy to step in to chair the OC Charity Yard Sale so that she and Caleb can lie low in Europe for a while, following last week's revelations. While Sandy tries to persuade Ryan and Seth to help out, Ryan's brother Trey goes off in search of a place to live. Marissa suggests Alex's old place, but Trey can't come up with the holding deposit required by the landlord. Marissa comes up with a scheme to help him raise the cash, but Trey has other ideas on how to get his hands on some money...
