Sandy is forced to choose between his old love and his current life, Caleb's plan to adopt Lindsay stirs up serious questions about her paternity, and Ryan is left to pick up the pieces with Lindsay after Caleb requests a paternity test. Meanwhile, Seth fears that he may have lost Summer forever, as she prepares for a trip with Zach to Italy, and Marissa's new relationship intensifies.
