A psychotic "millionaire," a mad doctor, a beautiful astrologer and a band of Yucatan savages armed with blowguns cause Mr. Waverly to send Solo and Illya into deadly THRUSH territory. THRUSH, through agent Walter Brach, has been kidnapping potential leaders of many nations and turning them into human "time capsules" via brainwashing. The victims then are returned to their normal life. When they assume power, they discover they have an unshakable loyalty to THRUSH!
