Craig T Nelson (Coach), Jonathan LaPaglia (Deconstructing Harry) and Sean Patrick Thomas (Not Another Teen Movie) stars in this brand new police drama inspired by the real-life experiences of former New York Deputy Police Commissioner Jack Maple. When Jack Mannion, a tenacious crime fighter is appointed the new police commissioner of Washington DC, his quest is to make crime a thing of the past. With is team at Police Headquarters; Jack uses the same revolutionary tactics he placed in his former jurisdictions dropping crime by 50 per cent. In this episode, Mannion must determine who the real killer is when a man is shot during the re-enactment of a civil war battle.
