When Jack Mannion, a tenacious crime fighter is appointed the new police commissioner of Washington DC, his quest is to make crime a thing of the past. With is team at Police Headquarters; Jack uses the same revolutionary tactics he placed in his former jurisdictions dropping crime by 50 per cent. In this episode, Noland is under investigation after shooting a suspected robber. Starring Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction).
