Craig T Nelson (Coach), Jonathan LaPaglia (Deconstructing Harry) and Sean Patrick Thomas (Not Another Teen Movie) stars in this brand new police drama inspired by the real-life experiences of former New York Deputy Police Commissioner Jack Maple. When Jack Mannion, a tenacious crime fighter is appointed the new police commissioner of Washington DC, his quest is to make crime a thing of the past. With is team at Police Headquarters; Jack uses the same revolutionary tactics he placed in his former jurisdictions dropping crime by 50 per cent. In this episode, Mannion, back at work after being presumed dead, vows to hunt down the man who tired to kill him.
