When Jack Mannion, a tenacious crime fighter is appointed the new police commissioner of Washington DC, his quest is to make crime a thing of the past. With is team at Police Headquarters; Jack uses the same revolutionary tactics he placed in his former jurisdictions dropping crime by 50 per cent. In this episode, Debrano is a key witness in a drugs case, he is put on trial to defend his character and his past actions.
