When Jack Mannion, a tenacious crime fighter is appointed the new police commissioner of Washington DC, his quest is to make crime a thing of the past. With is team at Police Headquarters; Jack uses the same revolutionary tactics he placed in his former jurisdictions dropping crime by 50 per cent. In this episode, The wife of McGregor's killer seeks help from Mannion, claiming his nemesis Demitri, wants her dead.
