Cold Reader

Series 26, episode 4

Police drama. When a promising young student is abducted, her mother's psychic advisor approaches the team, claiming to be able to trace the girl's whereabouts. Burke is his usual sceptical self, but when he finds that all leads seem to be going nowhere, he grudgingly agrees to attend one of the psychic's shows. He is unsettled when she tells him things about his father that no-one else could know, and wonders if there is more to this charlatan than meets the eye.
