It's a shocker of a case in the long-running cop mystery series when a body is discovered at the hotel where Jardine is hosting the Strathclyde CID Annual Dinner - talk about crimes being committed under the noses of the police! When two more of the hotel's staff turn up dead, the Maryhill team are called in to investigate. Meanwhile, Jardine has a more personal mystery to solve when his girlfriend begins to act strangely.
