Gritty police drama set in Glasgow. The apparently motiveless murder of a successful 60-year-old businessman leads Reid and Jardine into a complex web of blackmail and intrigue within a shady matrimonial agency which pairs up women from the former Soviet Union with eligible Scottish bachelors. As the case progresses, Jardine, Reid and Fraser attempt to solve the mystery of the missing Svetlana before Martin Fairbairn is killed.
