While hunting a Djinn, Dean is attacked and taken to an alternative reality in which his mother hasn't died and the brothers lead normal lives. But when he starts seeing a strange girl in the new reality, he realises the true cost of having his loved ones back, and is forced to decide whether he should give his new-found happiness back or not.
