Another creepy instalment of the critically acclaimed series. When businessman Howard Cottrell (Richard Thomas) is bitten by a snake while playing golf, he falls into a catatonic state and shows no signs of life at all. Doctors at the hospital pronounce the man dead and prepare to perform a post-mortem examination on his lifeless body. But Cottrell isn't dead and has to witness his own autopsy.
