When the Green Arrow's band of fighting heroes, known as the Justice League, thwarts Lex once more, he becomes enraged and decides to get his revenge. He recruits a super-powered vigilante named the Black Canary, who is able to shatter anything with her high-pitched shrieks, to destroy the Emerald Archer for good.
