Shy high school girl Abigail decides to undergo plastic surgery to improve her looks and boost her popularity. But her kryptonite-enhanced appearance becomes a curse when she discovers that she harms everyone that she kisses. Clark must protect Lana when Abigail sets her sights on her as her next victim. Meanwhile, Jason and Lana continue to keep their relationship under wraps.
