A janitor at LuthorCorp's Smallville Fertilizer Plant comes down with a severe case of the "jitters" because of exposure to a contaminant on a secret level. After Lionel denies existance of the level, the janitor takes Clark's high-school class hostage, so Clark and Lex team up to rescue them.
