Stark (James Woods) takes on a case that could have a major impact on race relations in LA. Two cops are implicated in a shooting that kills an upstanding black teenager and injures his drug-dealer cousin. Witnesses contradict the detectives' statements, but Isaac disapproves of Stark's methods.
