Big is back in town... for an angioplasty. The news forces Carrie to acknowledge how important he is to her, but will her feelings translate into actions? Miranda is wondering how to let Steve know that she has a new boyfriend... until he walks in on them in an intimate situation. How will the embarrassing encounter affect Miranda and Steve's feelings for each other? Charlotte resorts to oriental mysticism in an attempt to get pregnant, and Samantha falls into an open hatch when Smith tries to hold her hand.
