Miranda is shocked and surprised when Steve tells her he would like baby Brady to be baptised so that he 'doesn't go to Hell'. She finally agrees, partly to keep Steve's slightly batty mother Mary off her back, but in all conscience Carrie fears she has become too cynical to be Brady's godmother. Meanwhile the girls are sceptical when Samantha confesses she's back with Richard, and Charlotte gets involved in a self help group that promotes positive thinking.
