When Carrie finds out her apartment is going co-op, Aidan suggests he buys it and the one next door, knocking down the wall to make one big apartment for them to live together in. At first the idea sounds good, until Carrie finds an engagement ring in his gym bag. Meanwhile Charlotte puts her name on a list to adopt a Mandarin baby just in case she can't conceive, and Miranda tells Steve about her pregnancy.
