Miranda discovers that she's pregnant with Steve's child after sleeping with him just once since his operation. He didn't wear a condom because Miranda didn't think anything would happen since he's only got one ball and she has a lazy ovary. She decides to have an abortion and not tell Steve about her pregnancy. Charlotte thinks that there's something wrong with her since Trey checked out fine - she has herself tested and the result aren't good. It turns out that she only has a 15% chance of getting pregnant. Carrie tells Aidan about Miranda's pregnancy and tells him not to tell anyone, especially Steve. He agrees to but finds it extremely difficult since Steve is his best friend. And Samantha is fired by Lucy Liu for being dishonest with her.
