Determined to get to the bottom of Trey's sexual inactivity, Charlotte convinces him to visit a sex therapist, who comes up with a novel solution to their problem. Meanwhile, Carrie meets a dream man with a dream apartment - and a nightmare mother. Samantha is hired as the publicist for a rich girl's Bat Mitzvah, and she soon discovers that the 13-year-old guests are just as oversexed as she is. Miranda suffers delayed teenage angst when her braces impede her sex life.
