Christian and Sean operate on a Somali woman (guest star Aisha Tyler) who had been genitally mutilated as a girl. After they rebuild her clitoris, she asks Christian to help her use it... Another patient is outraged when he discovers that Christian and Sean have grafted body hair onto him from a man of a different race. Julia visits a life coach to discuss her and Sean's faltering sex life. And Christian contemplates demanding legal custody of Gina's baby.
