Christian has to have his nose reset after it is broken during sex. Sean's muscle spasms are making it dangerous for him to operate, so Christian goes to another, sexier, surgeon. Sean is worried that he will have to give up surgery and he becomes depressed and angry. After his surgeon rebuffs his sexual advances, Christian decides to operate on himself. And Matt's past comes back to haunt him when his friend Henry rapes the girl Matt had injured in a car crash.
