The detectives arrive on the scene of shooting outside of a school, where the victim is Lester Bakewell, a sergeant in the US Army, who was at the school to do recruitment. Also on the scene is Sipowicz, now a sergeant who is there with his uniformed officers, giving Clark the opportunity to bust the new sergeant's balls.
