An FBI agent is killed when a raid on a meth lab goes wrong and Megan blames herself for the tragedy. The drug kingpin evades capture, but it's soon discovered that he may also be involved in child pornography when an explicit photograph is found on his computer, sending Charlie on a crusade to save the girl in the picture.
