Charlie's skills of location become of paramount importance when a truck carrying radioactive material is stolen. The thieves threaten to set off a dirty bomb in LA within 12 hours unless they are paid $20 million. Charlie deduces that the best chance of catching the criminals is by working out the point where the bomb would be detonated to inflict the highest number of casualties.
