An infamous serial killer from Gibbs's past returns. Kyle Boone, thought to be responsible for the murders of 22 young women in the 1990s, is on death row in a high-security Virginia prison. As the date of his execution approaches, he requests a meeting with Gibbs, the man who caught him ten years ago.
