Made for TV

One-off drama based on a true story, starring Timothy Spall and Brenda Blethyn as Bill and Wendy Ainscow, who in 2004 posted a suicide note to a newspaper saying that they could no longer cope with their daughter Lisa, who had been released from a section order the previous year. Stating that their actions were a result of the lack of care Lisa had received, they took a cocktail of drugs and walked into the sea off Tenerife.

i myself can personally relate to lisa and how having an undiagnosis of over your head and life and yoir families can deeply affect and wound lives messed people up! especially parents that why i believe more help support and information added with awareness on early stage in so important! the work needs to start today! my mum could also really understand what parents felt so deseperate but didn't know how to help they were just as frustrated and confused! hope this helped some of society understand the story and experience behind this 'hidden' medical condition that baffles many yet still negatively judged and not helped or supported enough! it's annoying and something needs to be done here and now! to stop this becoming more common! hope makes professionals and systems stop and think abit more as literally pushes families and people over the edge! so please listen now!
