Fire and Ice

Series 3, episode 5

While investigating a string of jewellery thefts, a long-time friend of MacGyver's is murdered. He gave some clues to Mac right before he was killed, so now Mac must go on the trail of the thief. But it seems that his friend's sister, Nikki Carpenter, is investigating the case as well, and she doesn't want Mac in her way. However, they eventually agree to work together, and must capture the thief before he gets away.
