The Negotiator

Series 3, episode 15

Two men who want to build a marina are putting pressure on MacGyver and the Phoenix Foundation to give them the go-ahead to build it, but MacGyver won't just yet. He needs to conduct several environmental studies first to make sure it's safe. The men won't stand for that though, and hire a woman to persuade Mac to skip the studies. Mac falls for her, but he still won't give up the research. When nothing else works, the woman resorts to her final option, murder. Will Mac discover her true intentions before it's too late?
