MacGyver and Pete meet at a wrecking yard, both thinking that the other one arranged the meeting. Soon, an unknown assailant captures them inside a big truck, and their only clue is their own and Jack Dalton's obituaries. MacGyver suspects Murdoc, who was actually the cause of the two friends' first meeting.
