After their raft was blown out of the water by "The Others", Sawyer manages to pull an unconscious Michael from the water and revives him with mouth to mouth. However, Walt has been taken and Jin has disappeared into the sea, while Michael's bleeding wound has attracted a killer shark who starts circling the survivors' flimsy raft. Back on the island, Claire finds a statue of the Virgin Mary in Charlie's things, but doesn't realise what's hidden inside and Locke enters the hatch to find Kate unconscious.
