The highly acclaimed, Emmy Award-winning police drama series returns for a ninth series, once again featuring a powerful cast of stars and gripping plotlines. Starring Jerry Orbach (Dirty Dancing), Benjiman Bratt (Miss Congeniality), Jesse L. Martin and Sam Waterston as detectives with a duty to bring order to New York City. In this episode, The detectives arrive at a crime scene to find both the victim and perpetrator dead. With little evidence they turn to their only witness, a speechless 10-year old boy.
