Starring Jerry Orbach (Dirty Dancing), Jesse L. Martin and Sam Waterston as detectives with a duty to bring order to New York City. In this episode, Police officers are accused of causing the death of a young white boy, who they dropped off in a predominantly black area, during violent unrest.
