A dangerous nano-virus causes chaos for Knight Industries. Mike (Justin Bruening) and K.I.T.T. (voiced by Val Kilmer) discover three bikers dead in a lorry cargo hold, while a fourth masked biker escapes alive. Charles (Bruce Davison) suspects that something called the Arrow virus, a bug that infects technology and is conducted through metal, is responsible for the deaths. If the Arrow virus is what was being transported on the lorry, and if the fourth biker escaped with it, a global catastrophe could be a matter of hours away.
