Evidence of Harm (Part 1 of 2)

Series 6, episode 3

Drama series about an uncompromising High Court judge. Jo Mills asks Deed to review the withdrawal of legal aid in the case of a soldier who was damaged by vaccines given to him by the army and who later committed suicide, but Deed is reluctant as the case has been heard and closed by another judge. His only course would be to accuse the original judge of bias, and when he does so, he causes consternation in the government.
