Exacting Justice

Series 1, episode 1

Martin Shaw has lost the perm he had in The Professionals and swapped it for a judge's wig in this feature-length first episode of the powerful courtroom drama. Judge John Deed constantly has to grapple with moral dilemmas through his work. To further complicate matters, his love for the ladies also keeps him busy, and his relationship with his rebellious teenage daughter is tempestuous, to say the least. Donald Sinden also stars.
