An autistic boy's uncontrollable screaming gives the grumpy doc and his colleagues another medical mystery to solve - and although initial tests prove inconclusive, Foreman spots a problem with the boy's eyes which may indicate a micro-tumour. Meanwhile, House refuses to work in his office until Cuddy returns his old bloodstained carpet
