While off duty, House goes to the bookie's, where a woman collapses. The doctor treats her, but when she gets to hospital, he enlists Foreman and Cameron to help him diagnose the cause. They find a growth on her pancreas, suggesting she has only two months to live, but further investigations reveal that her illness is faked, and her symptoms are self-inflicted.
