A man in urgent need of a heart transplant is rejected by the committee on the grounds he is too old, but House attempts to find a way round the problem by appropriating the slightly damaged organ of a woman on life support after a car crash. However, his team aren't keen to let the operation go ahead - and neither is the potential donor's furious husband.
