Drama series set in the 1960s about a policeman in Yorkshire. Nick investigates an apparent crime wave in Aidensfield after a mysterious spate of burglaries. Blaketon is particularly keen to get to the bottom of the problem, since the Assistant Chief Constable is due to arrive shortly for the last shoot of the season at Lord Ashfordly's.
