Join Plus as we meet the most romantic sleuths in television history - Jonathan (Robert Wagner) and Jennifer Hart (Stephanie Powers) - in the first-ever episodes of the hit adventure series.

For those who have forgotten what it's all about or missed it the first time, here's a synopsis of one of the best loved adventure series from the '70s and '80s.

Jonathan (Robert Wagner) and Jennifer Hart (Stephanie Powers) are the rich, stylish, much liked, adventure-seeking husband and wife supersleuths. Jonathan is a self-made millionaire, head of the huge Hart Industries conglomerate while Jennifer is an internationally known freelance journalist.

From their mansion in Beverly Hills, they rekindle their continuing love affair by setting out each week on a new adventure. Roaming the glamour spots of the world in their private jet, hobnobbing with the rich and famous, the couple solve crimes that have baffled lesser investigators, while barely getting their hair messed up.

Aiding and abetting the Harts in their adventures is Max (Lionel Stander), their friend, butler and chauffeur. Max is a jack of all trades who mixes the perfect martini, knows people in the underworld and is a whizz at picking locks.

The first episode, entitled 'Hit Jennifer Hart' sees the Harts going on their first adventure together. Jonathan goes undercover as a longshoreman and discovers the beginnings of a nationwide dock scandal. He fires a corrupt vice president from the firm who mistreats his workers but there are repercussions for the Harts when Jennifer begins to receive death threats.
