Melinda and Jim question the sanity of their new neighbour, who is acting strangely and boards up his windows. But Melinda soon realises that he is being haunted by a ghost that is trying to kill him. Melinda confronts the ghost and discovers that he is seeking revenge, but when she hears her neighbour's side of the story the truth is revealed. Melinda must work out how to convince them both that things are not as they seem.
