Undercover cops Van Ray and Deaqon Hayes are teamed up by Lieutenant Billie Chambers to take on the LA underworld, with a secret "candy store" of confiscated cars, weapons and clothes at their disposal. Van and Deaqon are on the trail of a corrupt DEA agent and his beautiful sidekick.
