The ER is inundated by a gospel choir, following the crash of their bus. It doesn't get any easier when the crash leads to a chain reaction pile up where Corday gets shipped out to the scene and has to deal with a car-jacker and the detective trying to find out here the female owner of the car is. Kovak and Kerry later treat the woman who has been stabbed repeatedly and raped by the car-jacker, to no avail, while Corday saves the rapists life. A worried mother brings in her son who she suspects of using drugs only to find his behaviour is due to a medical condition. Meanwhile Carol is sent on maternity leave after a dizzy spell at work. Carter is assigned as the triage officer when he asks for more responsibility.
