Mark shares final memories with his dying father while he cares for him at home. Carol is distracted from her work when she receives flowers from a secret admirer, but who is it? Malucci deals with a six-year-old car-accident victim who says her father sexually abuses her. Meanwhile Chen is trying to advice the family of a dying patient that they should sign a DNR. Carter is acting weirdly as he races around the ER like a whirling dervish and Peter has a go at Luka for not checking up on a patient who may now lose their leg.
