It's Halloween again and ER has become overrun with allergic and other incapacitated kids. Mark and Carol treat a pregnant schizophrenic who has come off her medication. Romano gets a shock whilst operating on an 11-year-old girl who turns out to be genetically male, and nobody knew! Carter leaves Lucy in charge of a dorm party he's supposed to be chaperoning and all 'hell' breaks loose in his absence. Meanwhile, Mark hears some upsetting news concerning his ex-wife and daughter, as Kerry has to tolerate another 'chief candidate' while she waits for the official vote and finds he is getting preferential treatment, so will she get the position?
